IHT Compliant property valuation

Our Property Valuation Reports are all compiled by a team with many years of practical valuation experience, and the necessary level of knowledge to undertake the valuation.
As well as being completely independent, our reports also consider all potential contributing factors that could affect the saleability of the property, with guidance and advice also being contained within our findings.

All our IHT Reports are compliant with Section 160 Inheritance Tax Act 1984, Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992, and can be used as a Section 119 Report as it satisfies the requirements of The Charities Act 2011.

It is by far much less expensive than a RICs, so by working with us you save money too.

DESKTOP REPORT

When IHT is not payable or if access to the property is a problem and you need a valuation, our desktop report is perfect.

We carry out extensive research and use tools and portals available to us which means we can offer accurate valuations based on the expected internal condition of the property.

Property Sales

With PLG we have two very straight forward property sales methods.
The first is our ‘Traditional’ approach.

You remain PLG’s client, PLG become the client of the estate agents. This enables us to control the marketing process whilst taking the responsibility of keeping you updated with regular updates including full weekly marketing reports.
We negotiate every offer on your behalf, keeping you updated throughout. You decide what offer you want to accept, we will simply advise and guide you.

This process guarentees the best possible price is always achieved, every single time.

We also progress all sales to exchange and legal completion by speaking to all parties up and down the chain, issuing weekly reports that offer full updates as to where the conveyancing is and what is being done to ensure the estates timescale needs are met.

The second option is by auction.
Partnering with the UKs leading auctioneers, we are able to provide an alternative marketing strategy should the need arise. By keeping this in house with PLG you are promised our own highest level of service.
